Payment Terms
All purchases made on RapidComputeHub.com are processed securely via Stripe. You may choose from our hourly, daily, or weekly GPU access tiers. Prices are clearly stated at checkout and include applicable fees and taxes.
Billing Currency: All payments are processed in USD. International buyers may incur additional currency conversion charges from their bank or card provider.
Access Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive an access email within 5 minutes with your compute credentials and tier duration. If you do not receive access within 15 minutes, contact support@rapidcomputehub.com.
Refunds, Failed Payments & Support
Refund Policy: Due to the digital and time-sensitive nature of GPU access, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a compute session has started or credentials are issued. Exceptions may be made for platform downtime or non-delivery—requests must occur within 24 hours of purchase.
Failed Payments: If your payment is declined, access will not be granted. Please confirm your billing details or try a different payment method.
